Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy
For Vitality & Sauna customers
At Vitality & Sauna, every order is custom-built, crafted to your specifications, and made fresh in Canada. Because each sauna is created specifically for you, our policies ensure a smooth, predictable, and premium experience from production to delivery.
We aim to be transparent, fair, and supportive while also respecting the handcrafted nature of these products.
Order Changes & Cancellations
For the first 14 days after your order
You may update or cancel your order free of charge.
This allows you time to finalize selections, accessories, and preferences with zero pressure.
After 14 days
Because materials are purchased and production begins, a $65 change/cancellation fee applies.
This includes edits such as:
• Adding or removing accessories
• Changing heater or lighting options
• Updating delivery information
• Adjusting shipping method
Within 7 days of your ship date
Orders cannot be edited or canceled, as your sauna is already being packed and prepared for freight departure.
If a customer must change the ship-to address after the order has shipped, the freight carrier charges a $250 rerouting fee, which we simply pass through at cost.
Returns
Because each sauna is built to order and shipped internationally from Canada, returns are not accepted.
This policy protects all customers by ensuring brand-new, non-cycled products and the highest standard of craftsmanship.
If a rare exception must be made, the following applies:
Factory-Approved Return Requirements
• 20% restocking fee
• Customer covers all shipping costs to the factory in Ontario, Canada
• Product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition
• LeisureCraft will inspect the sauna and determine refund eligibility and amount
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery and asks us to reassign the sauna to another buyer:
• 15% restocking fee
• Customer covers all shipping + rerouting charges
We Always Protect You
If an issue occurs due to an error on our side or the manufacturer’s side, you will NOT be charged any fees for corrections, changes, or replacements.
We stand behind each order fully and work directly with LeisureCraft to ensure accuracy, safety, and satisfaction.
Warranty Information
5-Year Residential Limited Warranty
All Dundalk LeisureCraft products purchased through Vitality & Sauna include a five-year limited residential warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the date the product is received by the original customer.
What Is Covered
• Defects in materials
• Defects in workmanship
• Replacement parts required due to manufacturing issues (parts only)
What Is Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper installation
• Damage caused by incorrect or insufficient maintenance
• Weathering or natural environmental effects
• Labor, service, or installation costs for replacing warranty parts
• Any product not manufactured directly by LeisureCraft (covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty)
Replacement parts issued under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
